Stiffness in my body after a fall

I fell on the ice a year ago. Whenever I stand up from sitting I'm very stiff.what kind of creme should I be using? I fell right down on my butt and feel that it shook everything up on the inside.     Thanks,  Joanne

ankle just swelled up and started hurting

around 9 pm last night i was at a restraunt and my ankle started hurting by time i left the restruant it wqas hurting bad now five hours later it has gotten so bad that i barely can walk and my oher ankle there is a slight pain not bad as my right side

front right rib pain
