left kidney smaller than right

My left kidney has a small stone and is smaller than the right kidney which has many with the largest being 6mm. It does not block my urine nor do I get pains. Is that normal, and what are your suggestions? Thanks

Had surgery and stent was inserted it shifted into my bladder causing leakage til it was removed. Now im having severe lower back pain. Could it be related,also my feet and legs are swelling. What should i do, is there cause for concern?
