Bleeding after stopping for 7 months

I am 56. Have had very mild signs of perimenapause. Slight hot flases, 10 lbs weight gain, I had a normal period about 7 months again and then nothing. I thought I was sailing through this just fine right into menapause. Has this happened to anyone else? Thank you.

trouble climaxing at 48

Once able to have orgasms what is now causing me to not be able to climax. Everything else works right up until that point and then just frustration. If it's decreased hormones is there anything that can be done about it even if I am not a candidate for birth control pills.
