i was feeling the same before my period came

I got my period on the 15th ended on17th only for 2 days.this is the first time this ever happened to me.am still very crampy,metallic taste in my mouth,backpain,nauseated and fatigued.what could be wrong with me?and i was feeling the same before my period came.

I'm 42, just had my annual 3 weeks ago, which was a bill of good health. My period just didn't show 8 days ago. I have always been regular - never more than 1-3 days off the start date.
