I have i little Lump (I Think) Its a little red And It feels A bit swollen..

I am taking phentermine and i did it wrong i would take it at diffrent times each day and i had alchohal and a lot of caffeine with it i have hive, rapid heartbeat, and i have not gotten any sleep in the past 47 hours please help i also have more side affects i just cant name them all like dry mouth...
