diagnosed with sinus headaches but medication is not helping

For the past few months I've been experiencing headaches and dizziness,I was diagnosed with sinus headaches but medication is not helping,I've also been experiencing nausea and stomach cramps.swollen stomach and extreme back pain ,does anyone know what could be causing this
