Nasal (Nose) & Sinus Problems

I have Heat symptoms.

I feel as if hot air is coming out of my ears,nose & mouth. My eyeballs are extremely hot. The palm of my hands feel hot, yet my body doesn't. Please advice. I don't know if this should be a concern that I must see medical attention or what? Please advise. Thanks

I fell & hit my noise now I have a lump on the inside of my noise.

I was on holiday fell & landed on my noise. I was in casualty & they said my noise was not broken but now there is a lump on one side of the inside of it.It is not sore however.
