i have deviated nasal septum and sinus .but i don't know why i feel like high blood pressure every time ,i can't sleep good and sometimes i feel my heart rate increase and swelling on my stomach or in right leg ankle...don;t know which type of relation is that dns with ankle ...please help

Not able to smell anything

Hi, Need some advise before seeing a doctor. I realised i have not been able to smell with my nose of course for the past 2 years if am close. My children now says Daddy is 'nose blind'. I'm skeptical about seeing my GP because i think it may lead to surgery for it to be corrected. Any ideas please...

rough white spot in nose, can I put some tea tree oil on it

On my right nostril on the side closes to the center of my nose, I discovered a rough white spot. If I put tea tree oil on it it will get better but it is still rough and white. What is it?

Right side of my nostril has a blister on the tip

just want to know what I can use to get the blister on the tip of my right nostril away. I have been trying to spray nose decongestant in it and it works a little but hadn't got it fully away. Or it goes away but comes back.
