Cant stop moving my feet when sitting or resting

i think i have RLS but i dont know because it's just my feet....but if it is RLS i dont know what to do about it or who to see! plus i have several medications under my belt as well (which might be the cause or it might be irrelevent) which makes any medication for it useless. :-( what do i do?
