Autosomal Dominant Cerebellar Ataxia, is this a form of cerebral palsy?

We have a new colleague in my office, and she suffers from a condition called Autosomal Dominant Cerebellar Ataxia. Is this a form of cerebral palsy? That is what I thought any way, but I am still uncomfortable about asking her directly. Any information on the subject would be appreciated. Thanks!

herbs for tremors

I have involuntary movements. They are known as tremor. It is very difficult for me to grab something or to do anything where fine movements are needed. I will be on the medications for the rest of my life. This sounds terrible for me. Are there any herbs that could help me? I will appreciate it.
