right rib pain, I can breath only when laying down

This started a week now when I am lying down an onset of sharp pain in my right rib cage occors accompanied with cant take a breath nothing helps for eg; Massage , changing pos., but once Im up or sitting no pain breathing is fine.Im tired since I cannot sleep or rest well Thanks!
