sore lungs

hi there, i have been smoking cigarrettes for a year and recently stopped a week ago, i have not had one cigarrete but my lungs began to feel sore later in the week. can somebody please tell me whats goin on?

Chaest pain for a short while but it will come back again for me(only recently it happens)

i have a brother who was diagonised with Tb. This has affected one side of his lung and is having difficult in breathing. Is it possible for him to get healed and lead a normal life or what next? It possible to remove the damaged lung? How about the effect of TB? %-)
