Chest pain suffering for 7 months

hi, i just recently quit smoking, like 2 months ago, and i smoked for about 2 yrs., i am still coughing, so i went to the doctor and i got a chest xray, it came out clean, what concerns me is when i cough, i feel like pain in the middle of my back, i dont have problems breathing, nor does it hurt...

Heavy heat beats

i have been feeling my heart and it has been thumping hard even when im laying down i havnt done hardly as much exersice as much as i use to and i have a tightness in my troat and chest someone help me dont no if its just me or its a bad thing ?
