? I'm really confised and worried, I've found some little pin head sized bumps on my scrotum and base of the penis I'm 15 and am not sexualy acvite and my scrotum itches quite a lot, I'm worried and quite annoyed, is there anyway to stop the itching or get rid of the bumps?
