Red spot just inside tip of penis

Anyone had this before? I have a tiny red spot on the inside of my penis tip. It's not raised or anything just looks flat. It stings, normally after urination. I recently had chlamydia, don't know if it could be a symptom of urethritis? Help please.

Pimple on my Penis

IM 15 years old, never had sex at all .. and theres was a small pimple shaped object on my penis.. i kept pickin at it by the next day it was big and i popped it and white pus came out. and after afew weeks it came back at the same spot so i picked it agian till it popped and its completely gone ......
