Penis problems at age 16

Hi, Roy here. I've been kind of concerned about the size of the "Meat" of my penis. It feels like 1 inch flaccid and 2.5 inches erect I cannot pull the foreskin out. Is there any problem here or is this natural??

Problem with forskin

Hi Im 13 and when having a shower or bath, i roll back my forskin to clean it but when i roll it back all the way, there is a small strip of skin connecting from the bottom of the penis head to a bit of the forskin... is this normal or not? If not any help or advice at all? Thanks :$
