Please help me! I am a 23 year old male and I have got this lump on my willy. It wasn't there last week, and now it is there. I am single right now and I am sure that it can't be a sexually transmitted disease. Please help, what can this be? Could it be cancer? Do I need to go and see a doctor now?

I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend a few days ago and I started to notice my scrotum was dry, itchy and red.. the dryness and peeling has spread to the penis.. no other symptoms to suggest an STD.. anyone knows what's going on ?
