I've haven't really been paying attention to my penis all that much and now I've noticed that the foreskin and penis tip have gotten a little dark.. I'm really worried about it. should I just wash the area regularly and pay more attention to it?

painful glans penis

I am 32 years old. I feel pain in my glans penis when i touch it with the foreskin pulled back. In the normal position,(when the foreskin is at its place) it is not painful to touch. There is no other problem like swelling/ itching/ discharge etc.

Frequent occurence of one Single itchy pimple on penis. Is this herpes?

I have herpes for apprx 6 years. Recently at a 4 week interval, a single itchy pimple will appear near the base of my penis shaft, immediately bursed and causing a slight pain. Heals in apprx 2 weeks. Is this herpes recurrence?
