penile brusing/discolouration on glans...

i have had this problem for over a year now....one day when in the bath i noticed some discolouration that looks like bruising on the glans underneath (facing away from me if that makes sence)...under natural daylight i can see this grayish colour surrounding the bruise which covers the whole bottom...
