hi, aim 16 yrs old, and i have never had any type of sex so i am a virgin. Today i found a small red lump on the right side of my penis on the base below the head of the penis. I dont know wat it is, and it doesnt hurt. And it cant be an STD. Can anyone help, i'm really concerned about this.

I recently discovered a tube like lump on my scrotum, right above my penis, I immedatly became worried. I am really embarrased to see a doctor. Does anyone know what this could be? Also I am 19 years old and I am a virgin so I defenitly dont think it could be STD related.
