ok so i manage to pull my foreskin back when its not in erect state, i am wondering, if it goes into erect state and stretches (becomes longer and wider) will cause pain or even rip of foreskin? Also will the frenulum snap from the front of the head because the stretch of the penis?

Just noticed this nodule or cyst during an erection. I doesnt hurt too much but I do notice something wrong. There also seems to be inflation along the entire foreskin area. I probably need to see a doctor but I dont have insurance. Any advice besides rest?
