Pain During Ejaculation

I am a 32 y.o. male that had a vasectomy almost 10months ago. Everything has been fine until the last month or so. I have been experincing pain during ejaculation in the right testicle, sometimes both. I am healthly and have no other problems(no fever, burning, chills, etc.)

Basicly im 17, 18 next month and leed a alright sex life. But that aside i still wank at least 8 times a day, its not hurting or anything, im just getting sick of it is their any pshycology techniques or anything that wil help me calm down a bit. Cheers
