i can see a drop of jelly like liquid every time i get erected and i remain ereceted till the normal

i can see few drops of water colored sperm like liquid when i get erected but this is not ejaculating i ejaculate after 2-4 minutes later ...with normal amount of siemens but why is the drop seen after erection ..is this a big problem??
