I'm hoping this is nothing too serious. I have this little bumps just under the skin around the base of my penis and on the underside of it and as well on the scrotum. I dont know what it is and pubic hairs are growing from them...so these bumps must be part of the hair follicle? they dont hurt...

Large Bump At Base Of Penis

Please help me! I have a big bump at the base of my penis. It has been there for a month or so but now when I touch it I get pain. I tried squeezing it but I realized it doesnt have an opening. When I squeezed it yellow pus came out but it hurt a lot so I left it. I have never had sex before.
