Little White bumps on the bottom shaft!!!

I shave my penis for my girlfriend with a razor. I have these little white bumps that arent to noticable but there on the bottom of my penis shaft. I popped one yesterday and it festered up. Im leaving it alone and not shaving, should i be worried about herpes? I am 16 years old.
