Semen does not come out during intercourse

What is the cause of semen not coming out of the penis during intercourse.  This in turn causes a terrible grumbling sound in the lower bowels and the area above the penis. The person is on so much medication that there is erectile dysfunction

My wife and I were having sex when I pulled my foreskin on my penis. I have had pain on it for a week now. I have cuts around the foreskin and white stuff under. I also have pain when I try to peel it back. Is there any over the counter meds. that I can buy to help the heeling process?

Hi, I have a large 10mm lump under the skin on the right side of my penis shaft. It is painful and it seems to be growing, it moves with the skin. No change in skin colour and a bit of puss and blood came out of it but that stopped. I'm very concerned.
