Hi, I'm 17 and I had a frenuloplasty and a preputioplasty roughly 5 months ago for phimosis. It cured the problem but I still need to be able to stretch a bit to accomodate the full retraction. The wounds have healed up fine but there is a fair bit of swelling or 'oedema' as my consultant called it....
