Penis glans, my frenulum is attached to urinary opening

Hi I'm pretty concerned with my penis.My frenulum is attached to the urinary opening and when I peel my penis it hooks over making it difficult to pee.I noticed I have some skin fused by the frenulum to the sides of glans by where the rim is.Is any one this normal?
