bleeding during pregnancies

I just found out I'm pregnant and I got my period yesterday. It was the same as usual bleeding, cramping, and some clots. My mother said she had the same thing through the first 3 months of both pregnancies. What do you think?? :-( %-)

cramps and pregnacy

Is is possible to have period like bleeding and cramps around the time when your supposed to have a period if you are pregnant. Ive experienced this and I'm wondering if it is just my period or the bleeding sometimes seen in early pregnacy; even though I had pretty bad cramps and a heavy flow.

vaginal e-coli during pregnancy

My doctor did a vaginal swab on me two weeks ago and told me he found e-coli. I am 8 weeks pregnant. He said he will wait until 12 weeks before he prescribes antibiotics. Is this normal? Also, will the e-coli affect my twin babies?
