slight back pain during week 5-normal?

Hi, I am in my 5th week of pregnancy and have had slight back pains from day to day. Is this normal to be as early as i am? i thought back pain would not hit unitl on into my 2nd and 3rd trimester. %-)

natural ways to induce labor at 40 weeks

For a variety of reasons, I do not feel comfortable with going beyond 40 weeks pregnancy. I am 38 weeks now and I do hope that I will go into labor on my own, but if it does not happen, I want to induce at 40 weeks, if possible in a natural way. Can you help? What methods are the best?
