echogenic focus in the heart: could it be Down syndrom

Hi. I am 30 years old and I had my ultrasound at 21 weeks. The doctor told me that my baby has an echogenic focus in his heart. My triple test showed a ratio of 1/9000, that's why he told me not to worry. But I am still confused, is this mean that my baby has an increased risk of Down syndrom?....

Are these side effects normal after stopping the pill?

I have taken the pill for four years and have now been off for a little over a week. I have been having cramps and a mucus like clear discharge. I have also been having an awful headache. Are these normal symptoms due to stopping the pill or something completely different?
