Bleeding, passing clots, and bad cramps at 8 weeks

I believe I'm about 8 weeks pregnant. I had bad cramps all of yesterday since I woke up and I woke up around 5 this morning with even worse cramps and started bleeding. I passed 2 smalls clots and then a bigger one. I'm still bleeding and still haven't cramps.

Swollen ankles in first trimester. Is there a problem?

I am pregnant with my first child. I am in my 10th week and have begun having swollen ankles. There isn't any swelling anywhere else. I have read that this is normal in the later part of the second trimester and the third trimester. Is it normal to have swelling this early or is there a problem?
