How to calculate the chances?

Had sex Oct. 12th w/ Thing 1.... had a normal, 7 day period Oct. 25th. Had sex with Thing 2 Nov. 2 & 13. Had a test on the 20th - neg. Had another 23rd - positive. Question: its easy enough to figure the high chances of Thing 2 being the culprit, BUT what about Thing 1?... any possibility??...

I smoke everyday til I found out and I quit for 3 months and then I smoked on and off til nov 2 and I quit cold turkey!...

I have PCOS and endometriosis, i got 4 positive pregnancy tests at home but the doctors was negative and the blood test was negative.... I am now severely bleeding with a lot of clots and cramping as if i was giving birth. What could be going on???
