firm bloated belly after D&C.

I had a D&C at 8 weeks pregnant. After that I went on Marvelon28. Since then my stomach has been bloated and firm. It looks like I am about 20 weeks pregnant, but I am still having regular periods. Could this bloat be from foods I am eating that I'm not used to, as I am now travelling abroad?
