pelvic cysts after hysterectomy

12 years after a total hysterectomy and removal of both ovaries a ct scan with contrast and ultrasound has found one large and two smaller cysts in my pelvic cavity, I have been having some pain for for several months but no other symptoms. Should I be worried?
