Left side labia painful after urination with slight bleeding

I have noticed a few weeks ago that my left side labia is very painful and getting worse when I wipe after urination. I have NOT had sex recently and noticed slight bleeding after 1 hour after urination. Also having intermitten back pain.What can the problem be?
