Partial hysterectomy

hi Back in April 07 i had done a partial hysterectomy of the removal of my ovaries and my tubes, the only thing left was my uterus, my doctor told me if he did removed my utures i will bleed to dead, well if i don't have my ovaries or my tubes why i keep getting a mestrual cycle? I'm not sure what I have but I want to no and I'm to scared to go to a doctors. But I'm so itchy. And I've got these 2 little lupmy things just inside my vagina. I get a little bit of discharge but all the time. Its red raw and its driving me insane. I just want to no what's wrong.
