Odourless Thick discharge

Hi, I've been suffering from an increased vaginal discharge, that is odourless, very thick, and a pale green/pale yellow colour. I've also been experiening itchying around the anus, and severe abdominal pain (not lower abdominal pain). I've also had some episodes of fatigue. Any Ideas?

I had a D&C because of a miscarriage in June. Since then I have had tissue discharge but only when I have my period. My periods are on time and regular. I do have fibroids but the OBGYNE did not remove them at the time of the D&C. I should also mention that there is no odor with the tissue...
