Urethra discharge after LEEP procedure

Is it normal to have discharge from the urethra after the LEEP procedure? For about 1 week it was a vaginal discharge, but within the last few days, the same discharge (black with strong odor) is now coming through the urethra. Is this normal?

Hi, I had an IUD inserted in 2003. In May 2006 I went to see a gynaecologist with irregular periods. She carried out a scan and an x-ray and discovered that my IUD had expelled. I was also told that I had cysts and put on primolut N. Will I be able to conceive?
