What ovarian conditions do not show up on ultrasound?

Cervical Lump

Found a small lump on the side of the end of my wifes cervix.No pain when I touch it[No bleeding or other symptoms either].About the size of a BB or smaller.No pain or bleeding during or after intercourse.Been there about 6 months.38yrs old.no family history of cancer.No children.Any Ideas??
