Clit VS. Vagina ?!?!?!?!

Is it possible to have a yeast infection where the Clit is under the hood with out having one in the Vagina??? I have noticed some white chunky discharge from where the Clit is.. and slight itching. Hi so my vagina is swollen and everytime i pee it burns. theres also white watery discharge coming out of my vagina.i started using the garlic two day ago and the discharge became thicker. my vagina is still iching like crazy and it burns like crazy. help what should i do :(
