okay so ive been fingered and i finger myself, but i see all these questions online where people have bled after. i looked and my hymen is gone but i never bled when i was fingered. is this normal?

I'm 32 and I've had a tubal and I'm never exprience bleeding after a period. I had my period 10 days ago for 5 days my normal,every 28 days.3 days ago I was spotting and today I'm heavy bleeding with really bad cramping.Is that something to worry about can this be serious?
