I was on birth control for about five months, I stopped taking them for a month, and I didn't have my period. This month, I began taking them, and missed another period. I am cramping, and having thick, white, clumpy discharge. Could this mean Im pregnant?

Its itches and when i rub it a bitthe outter part of my vagina tends to tear forming small cuts. I also have a slight discharge and sometimes it has an odor and sometimes it doesn't. My question is what do u think the problem might be?
