Is it possible to have hidden vaginal infection? My clit becomes very big after oral

When my boyfriend sucks me so hard my clit becomes very big is it a normal thing for ladies.and is it possible to have a hidden infection around d viginal that will later cause viginal damages in the future, like viginal irritation please for 20yr+.

vaginal / rectum skin cracks, but I don't have discharge or odor, I am on estrogen replacement

Skin is clean and dry.  Continued skin cracks around vaginal skin and rectum.  No discharge, no odor.  Post menopausal  however on estrogen replacement.  What is going on.
