change in discharge, don’t know why. my discharge is now clumpy and has an odor

No idea what’s causing my change in discharge. In the past couple months my discharge has changed. It’s clumpy and has an odor. I went to the Dr. and came back negative for BV, yeast, trich, chlamydia, and gonorreha. No idea what’s wrong with me.
