dark vaginal discharge

im 46 and the last prob 15yrs i have had female issues. the last 4yrs having break though bleeding. they wont do a hysterectomy. now i have the mirena . now i have dark discharge but no periods . but dark discharge all the time have to wear a panty liner .  Help tired of this. : (
