Weird Period, NOT PREGNANT

okay, i have been sexually active for about 2 weeks, and ive noticed that i have like these pimple things on my lips of my vagina, but they are like open sores.... no white head or anything. Hard bump on the left vagina lip....What could it be??

I was cleaning myself a couple days ago and i realized there was a hard bump on the inside of the left vagina lip. It doesnt really hurt, but sometimes it can and it was only itchy the first day that i noticed it. Does anyone know what it could be???
