Problems with Vaginal Area.

I have al ine under my vagina. Kinda like a vain or a scratch. When i use the bathroom and i P it burns when it hits the mark. What could that be?? I would go to the doctor but i wont let anyone look at me down there. Im very shy and private with myself. What can i do? %-)
