I've been getting whitish/clearish fischarge and it has suddenly stopped.

I use to get a few cram they have now stopped, I had discharge for about a year now. My bra size is 30a and I have hair down there and I've got a few black hairs on my underarms. Will I be getting my period soon or not? I havnt had any brown discharge and I am 10 at the moment.
