After having sex too hard, is it normal to have a lump on the side of lower pelvis?

if I have sex (second Time) and when we were having sex he went hard but after the next day it hurts to sit down and sit on one side ,I feel like a lump or a ball on one side on lower pelvic what do I do I don't want to see the doctor !
