Vulval itching and burning, there are white spots over that part

Arnd 5 days ago i developed itching in a part of vulva. I think i itched it a lot. Now tht part has turned red and there is a whote spot over it that doesnt go on scraping. The spot is not elevated and is continous wih my skin surface. What should i do?
